Our chef, Mr. Felcor Khoo, started his culinary journey at the tender age of 9 when he would work in the kitchen with his mother, which cultivated his interest in cooking. At the age of 19 whilst working in a coffee house, he bit into a slice of Black Forest cake which intrigued and amazed him so, that he swore he would make it a point to learn how to bake well. Thus, the kitchen is a place where Chef Felcor feels most at home and it is here that he whips up his tantalizing creations.
With 25 years of experience amounting from teaching in baking centers, rendering his service to renowned hotels and restaurants worldwide and showcasing his bravado in baking, Chef Felcor has amassed a great deal of skill and knowledge throughout his career thus far. It is this skill and knowledge he possesses which allows him to translate his visions of delectable desserts into a reality.
Chef Felcor has in particular, a flare for creating designer cakes, especially wedding cakes of Victorian accents. With his burning creativity and urge to push beyond set boundaries, he will go the extra mile to give life to cakes most of us dream about. Being open to endless possibilities allows Chef Felcor to experience challenges differently and in turn, grants him the capability to achieve even more.
